I'm wondering if there is a guest relations outside of the parks? I would like to visit a guest relations office the evening before we go into the parks.

Depending on what you want to do, there is a guest services window to the left of Disneyland turnstiles.

You can go online up to 30 days before and register, but guest relations outside the park will not do DAS.
