Is there a discount for renewing an AP if you are upgrading?

It's almost time to renew (and upgrade!!! ) I know there is a 15% discount when you renew. Does that also include upgrading? And is it 15% of the current pass?

If you are upgrading while renewing, you pay the renewal price for the AP you buy.
