Is there a direct bus from Dolphin to Downtown Disney?

I want to do some shopping at Downtown Disney, but we may not rent a car for this trip. Is there a direct bus from the Dolphin resort to Downtown Disney?

Our experiece in Easter was it seemed to take a while to actually get to the Dolphin... If you have a PS make sure you leave PLENTY of time.. We waited about an hour one time!
