Is there a difference? Massage at OKW $35 for 1/2 hour - at DI $59 for 25 minutes.

Is there really a big difference between a massage at OKW costing $35.00 for a half hour and a massage at DI for $59.00 for 25 minutes.

What type of facility do they have to give massages at OKW?

The massages at OKW are in the Community Hall (right by the main pool). They use a room off the main room with all the comforts of a massage room including nice relaxing music.

I would recommend saving the money and getting an hour massage at OKW!

I never knew there was such a price difference for nearly the same amount of time.
I had a massage at DI and it was a typical massage, however, I ended up hanging out in the spa for a long time. They had fresh fruits, teas, coffee, newspapers, sauna and jacuzzi.
Is the OKW $35 for a massage only? Do they have a spa?

You're right. I think for an hour massage the OKW charges $60.00. So twice the relaxation for the same $'s. Thanks for the suggestion.

OKW has a gym, but I don't think you could call it a spa. Maybe that explains the difference.

You'll find the massage info in your "Hank's Happenings" that you get at check-in. It will have an extension number to call for appointments.

I didn't even know that OKW offered massage services! Do you have to be a guest there to schedule an appointment?? I booked a massage for my boyfriend at the Grand Floridian, but I'd rather just do a longer massage at OKW for 1/2 the price!! He won't use the extras in the spa, so it's not worth it for me to pay for it!

Disney won't guarantee the gender of the massuese.

If you want a true spa experience, you'll want to go to the DI or GF. The other resorts that offer massages do have a private room, but I've found it to not be quite the same. One of the things I love about the GF is taht after my massage I can sink into one of the overstuffed chairs in the ladies lounge and continue to act like a bowl of Jello until I feel like taking a shower.
