Is there a combined special for non-Disney parks in Jan/Feb for Cdns?

We have friends going this week and they have passes to non-Disney parks that allow them to go to several: My dh said it includes Bush Gardens, Univeral, Seaworld, etc.

Does he have this right? If so, it sound like a good idea but I've never seen it myself for a winter holiday.

You can also get a Bush Gardens/Sea World combo ticket as well. We are also going Jan/feb.

We got ours from a TA.I think you can also get them from places like Maple Leaf Tickets or Ticketmania.
