Is there a code for a room only discount for the beginning of May?

My cousin is booking a trip to WDW from May 14 - May 20. He wants to stay at a value resort. Are there any discount codes for hotel only at that time?

the only discount for a room only reservation that I am aware of is through AAA.

I haven't seen any except for passholders. I thought it was worth a shot to ask. He has asked me to help him plan his trip. Our family normally travels in Nov. or Dec. so I am accustomed to watching for discount codes for those months. I didn't know about May.
