Is there a chicken exit on RNR?

My 13 yo DS refuses to go on - he just doesn't like coasters. I'd like to go on, but would rather not have him wait in the gift shop or outside if I don't have to. Can he wait in line w/me & then duck out at the last minute? Anyone ever done this?

Yup, there's a chicken exit right before everyone else boards the limo. Letting you know, my sister used to be scared to death of RnR because she hates roller-coasters, but she LOVED RnR, so tell your son he ought to at least try it! It's one of my favorite rides ever, and I'm a big roller-coaster person.

Went out chic ken exit twice right before the cars get loaded. You end up where the ride ends and in the hall to the picture area. The ride is like 90 seconds so the wait was short! They made me go into the shop and when I turned around the kids were there. By the way, the third time was the charm and I did it!!!! Happy to say I did it but wasn;t my favorite. I love the moutains but the loop scared me a bit. But again, I did it and live to tell the tale!

Definetly a chicken exit on RNR. The themeing of this ride is wonderful and I was glad I got to enjoy it. I think this time I may even make it on the ride.

Yes, there is a "chicken exit" right as you are to board the coaster. When the Cast Member asks you how many in your party, indicate you do not wish to ride and they will escort you through a door that leads to the gift shop.

Yes. Just board the limo with everyone else, then when the countdown starts, raise both your arms so that they will know you want to exit.

Yes there is, as my sister so kindly mentioned . In my defense, I hate roller coasters and had never tried upside down!!
