Is there a bus from Animal Kingdom to downtown disney?

Not any more. Take a bus to a resort (we suggest Animal Kingdom lodge or All Stars or Saratoga Springs) and change to a bus (or boat if you went first to Riverside) for Downtown Disney.

You can walk from Saratoga (Congress Park section) to DTD instead of waiting for the second bus but due to construction that walk is longer than it used to be.

Disney no longer offers DTD buses from any of the theme parks only from the Resorts.
