Is there a April 2008 code watch thread? **This seems to be it!!

Well, I just called because expedia is showing 30% off 6 out of the 8 nights I'm staying for AKL. So I call and ask if they (WDW) are offering anything because I saw xxx on expedia. Says, let me check your file, he verifies all my info and came back a minute ot 2 later and said no, there isn't anything attached to my file/name. I got the 40% off a couple of weeks ago, but that was in my maiden name, so I knew that wouldnt pop up, but it doesn't cove my dates.

So, according to who I spoke to tonight...they are attaching things to name/file... who knows. Anyways, he said, well sometimes places like that offer you the discount, it's not a disney discount. I said, Ok...so that was just a lost sale, as I would have upgraded from my value resort to AKL (I didn't say it in a mean way). It would have cost an additional $600ish. But hubby and I agreed we'd love to try it.

The last couple years AP discounts for April were released on Wednesdays around the 20th of February. Next Wednesday is the 20th, so hopefully that's gonna be it!

Just booked a short trip for April 2-5th! Hoping for some codes to come, so we can afford to go to one of the parks instead of "cheap stuff" the whole time lol.

CP is College Program. The little college students working around the World for 5-8 months. I'm so excited, it'd be my second one!

haha I knew I'd say "duh" heheh my daughter also applied for the college program to audition for a face character but ruptured her appendix and had to pull out. Not sure if she will apply again. Let us know how you do!!

Well I'm in the height range for Eeyore, Rafiki, Pluto, Prince John, Wendell, Friar Tuck, Buzz Lightyear, Flik, Brer Fox, Shaker, Tweedles, Liverlips, and Dumbo, so I guess I'm auditioning to be friends with them. Lol.

Hope you already have ressies where you want to stay (you can always cancel them later) so you can have your vacation. I believe the resorts are already close to being maxed out, so please don't wait till codes come out to make reservations! You can add codes later to existing ressies. Good luck!!

yep when we rang to add parents to our ressie for poly we couldnt as it wa sfully booked!
we had to add them to our rooms which we didnt want to do but had no choice as i wasnt staying elsewhere, luckily we booked 2 rooms as we have 4 kids.

I called today and found out I had 2 expired codes! What?! I didn't even know I had a code! Darn it all. I also called and she said that there was a 30% off room only code avaliable when I was going..... Not too sure what she was talking about. My AAA rate was better, but for those of you without a code, it might be worth a phone call.

Who do you call I have co workers going in April and would like to help them get a code. When I got one for my trip I learned it on the Dis called my TA who called Disney to confirm it and I got a free ticket upgrade. Did learn something I will aslways book Basic ticket and wait for upgrade if not will pay for it( Hopper) But # to call would be appreciated!!

Is there hope for a general public or canadian code at the end of february or do they usually release only AP or Florida resident rates for april?
