Pan-Asian is all I've seen regarding the menu, and of course Asia's a big place with lots of different cuisines.

It'll be both CS and TS.

Don't you love how they have narrowed it down? I guess they don't want to put themselves in a corner with something too specialized. At least they didn't decide to have Eurasian food, now that would be a really big menu.

Ooops, all but one site I go to says Oct 9th. The other one was a generic release without a specific date that was done 3 days ago that I hadn't seen yet. Doesn't matter too much since the OP won't be there I wouldn't have posted in the first place but the DIS is so slow there were no replies when I first hit send... and then they all came up after I posted.

I too hate how generic they are. It's like saying you are going to a place that specializes in Chinese, Thai and Japanese cooking. Real specific there I hope it is good though! AK needs a lot more restaurants especially now that they are closing down and changing my favorite

Maybe it's a regional thing, but that's a fairly common description for many resteraunts in the Seattle area. IMO it's much more interesting fare than just Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, etc. It goes along with the trend of fusion dishes and bringing cusine to a new level.
