Do you mean MDE? I am using it now looking to snag an ADR for a November trip and it seems to be working okay (can't get the reservation I am hoping for but it seems to be working).
Every reservation, dining or otherwise, I get this:

I have had this problem for the past few weeks with dining. Cannot book new reservations or change the times. I ended up calling and getting what I wanted, although some of the times they gave online were not available when I called, but similar ones were.
i am still unable to make any changes to dining, but I was able to book FP no problem a few days ago.
The only time I experienced ADR problems on the website is if the time slot I was picking was no longer an option before I finished. Generally when I went back in and searched again, a different close to the time I just found comes up and I am able to get that.
I've had problems for months with the WDW website and MDE. I've been trying to get tickets for weeks and I get the oops page. But, there have been a couple times I've tried without my wallet nearby and it worked and I thought it was fixed, and then when I went back to get the tickets... I've tried Firefox, IE and Chrome and have the same problems with all. I just think the site has difficulties navigating heavy traffic, and I think I tend to get on at heavy traffic times (mid-morning to evening).
