Is the premium dinning package included?

I was wondering if it's just the basic dinning plan or can I add the premium with the 3 meals per day....this offer sounds great!

The premium package isn't just dining, but adds in a lot of recreational options. This promotion essentially lets you buy a basic package and get a free upgrade to MYW with Dining. MYW Premium package is a whole 'nother animal.
