Is the parade able to viewed from MK restaurant?

If we were to try for late lunch seating at Tony's or the Plaza (2:30 - 3:00) would we be able to see the parade? Thank you for your help!!

Tony's has outside seating on the porch from which you can see the parade. You will not be able to see it from the Plaza's outside tables. Also, note the following: about 2 billion people always have the same idea you have for Tony's and even getting a ressie (PS) there for 2 to 2:30 seating does not assure outside seating as some make ressies for noon and then sit outside and stay there till 3.
