Is the orbitz/ebates deal no more? Is way.com the way to go?

So, do you have to somehow link your Orbitz and ebates account?

Or do you:

1. Go to Ebates, sign in and click on orbitz link
2. Sign in on Orbitz and place order
3. All is well in the world.

YES which is exactly why I'm now interested, haha.

Kind of a bummer you have to wait for the rebate instead of being able to withdraw it whenever you want but hey for $100+ I won't argue

I really don't know the difference, but the tickets are listed under activities on Orbitz site. When I was on the check out page there was a "view details" tab next to the dollar amount of my total. I clicked it and a bubble popped up next to the amount that said "activity." I saved a screen shot of that on the checkout page as well as everything on the ebates site just in case of any trouble.

Can anyone who has BTDT let me know if it is possible to pick up the tickets during the timeframe we specify to Orbitz, but not activate them until later (but before December 31st)? We are local and I want to get the tickets now when the kids are not around, but not use them till the holidays. Also, do I need the ID for each adult on the ticket? Trying to take advantage of the 20% ebates deal while I can. Thanks so much!
