Is the online system always this slow?

I found a table and entered all the info, hit confirm reservation and it's been saying "please wait while we confirm your reservation" for 5 minutes now...
 
Nope - you got a hiccup in the process.

Hit back and reenter and it should go quicker the 2nd time.
