built for fluffy people? I have read someplace that the staircase down is a tight fit.

Hubby & I are both Pooh sized + and we have no problem getting down the stairs, the seats are a bit on the narrow side, they fold down and usually I have to squeeze a little of my butt on my ds's seat when hubby sits next to me 2 big bottoms tend to be a little akward next to eachother

As far as I have read, they did not change the subs from when they were first built, which was for 60s (or 50s?) sized bottoms. Which were smaller.

It was a big narrow, but it wasn't at all difficult for my 5'10" 310 lb hubby. He did sort of encroach on my space in the seats, but then, he does that in any seat, LOL.

I think the main thing that was uncomfortable for him was the crouching down you have to do in your seat, to see out of the windows (you have to lean forward), b/c it squished his belly to do so.
