Is the Media Park Hours PDF for Travel Agents ever updated after being released?

I noticed that the October PDF for Animal Kingdom still shows a closing time of 5:00 PM for the month of October, while the Disney Parks site has been updated to 7:00 PM.

The DAK hours in the TA Calendars has been updated to 11 pm through Labor Day (9/5)
