Is the GAD FP card magic number still holding at 3?

Any days reported where someone has gotten 4 FP's per card or 2 ?

We plan on using ours in about 2 more weeks and I just want to plan accordingly.

I have not heard otherwise...it seems as if they've pretty well locked on 3 as the ideal balance.
