Is the extra $$ worth it for verandah?

Just back from a 4 day Wonder cruise and have to say I loved my verandah. It made the room seem larger and the few times my children had the tv on I had some place to go to get away. Each morning I would go up to deck 9 and get my coffee, early in the morning I found it quite windy up there so I would just come back to the verandah enjoy my coffee in silence and enjoy the view as the rest of my family slept.

We are considering a 7 day cruise and I asked my husband if he would be happy without the balcony, he enjoyed it as much as myself so I guess I'll be saving my pennies for a few years to go back!!
