Hi everyone! I'm new here (this is actually my first ever post) and was searching around the threads but couldn't quite find specific answers, so I apologize in advance if this has been covered before.
I'll be going on a family trip to Disney World over New Year's '10 till the first week of January and will no doubt be questing for character autographs. Me, being a disney merchandise purist, will prefer to purchase an autograph book at the resort rather than make my own (excellent job on the custom pages for those who make their own books btw
).
We'll probably be spending 5 to 6 days at the parks (most likely 2x MK & EPCOT, 1x AK & DS), and so my question is how many pages do you think would equate to 5-6 days worth of autographs (considering that we adopt a "come as we go" approach to the characters instead of "search and destroy"), and will the books they sell there be enough?
I've looked on disneystore.com for samples but they seem to carry only two (boy's) types [sorry I can't post links yet]:
1) the "Official Walt Disney World Autograph Book" (100 pages)
2) the "Deluxe 4 Parks Walt Disney World Autograph Book and Photo Album" (15 pages)
plus there are the Tinkerbell and Princess ones which are not for me.
I suspect that the Official one with its 100 pages may be enough but I love the format of the Four Parks one with the ability to slot photos next to the autographs on opposite pages, and if I do purchase a book, this would be the preferable format. However, I think 15 pages will probably not last the length of our stay, and I'm against getting multiple books. So I guess another question is, does the resort have a wider selection than what's at disneystore.com?
Thanks in advance! (and sorry for being so long-winded
)
