Is the closing process different for HH?

Especially for those of you who have bought an HH resale, what was the closing process? Did you recommend any resellers (other than the typical DVC resellers mentioned on thes boards) for HH properties? Did you use a South Carolina closing agency or lawyer? Any help would be appreciated.

The process is similar but different and generally a little cheaper. We used Wilson and Brat on a couple of closings.

We used USA Timeshare Services, INC ( 843-497-1191 Myrtle Beach, SC ) for our closing on a HH contract.

All monies were held in a trust account (thru an attorney's office)during the process.

We purchased this thru The Timeshare Store and the closing company was arranged thru them.

We purchased HH resale through "A Timeshare Broker", with Jaki Apetz. They used Timeshare Closing Services in Millington, TN to do the closing.
