We've tried concierge a couple times and it doesn't really jive with our touring style.
We aren't 'hang around the resort' people. If we want a non park resort stay look for us at a beach resort, or, something similar.
Club level breakfast is ok, I'd usually have a pastry and maybe an oatmeal.
Mid day offerings of uncrustables, or a cookie, or M & M's really do nothing for me.
At dinner time we like Disney dining and think many of the restaurants do great with appetizers, so we really don't want some mass produced finger foods and apps before we go to dinner.
I like planning, and plan like a warrior, so, I don't need the assistance of concierge staff to help me.
I think the only thing I actually use is the occasional glass of beer or wine if we happen to be around the resort for a little while during the day.
