I like Steve because of his thorough knowledge of the parks, his insights regarding Disney's future plans, and the fact that he wears t-shirts and sweatshirts, so he can more easily identify with simpletons like me. Plus he's never missed a show for sickness, that I can recall.

The school still exists despite the things that took place. People still go there and graduate from there. It is still a good school. Because Steve wears the hat doesn't mean he supports the actions that took place years ago.

As for the hat on a Disney based show, what if he wore the hat on the universal show or let's say a sports related show or anything else, does that make it better? You are just sticking no the negative connotation with one situation at the school. You really need to look past that. I highly doubt Steve supports what happened there but he shouldn't stop wearing the hat because of it.

I understand where you're coming from, but I think that continuing to punish an entire school and its students and alumni almost 10 years later for the fact that one guy who worked there was a scumbag and the school didn't deal with it properly is a little harsh.

Personally, I don't support everything that my alma mater does. But I still wear all of my gear from college. Not necessarily because I support the school, but because it's a reminder of my time there, the friends I made, the things I learned, and the memories I have from those four years. Nothing more, nothing less.

Uh ... Steve's not in the intro anymore. And even if he was ... wearing the hat does not mean that the show is promoting the school. Wearing clothing on a show is not an official endorsement of the brand, it just means that the person wearing that article of clothing is comfortable wearing that article of clothing. Craig has a number of beer-related decals on his computer ... does that mean that the show promotes those beer companies and the team thinks everyone should drink those beers?

Not gonna argue with you about Penn State, because you and I obviously see this differently. I understand that a good school can sometimes hire bad people (in case you didn't know, Penn State is actually a pretty good school ... ranked as the #47 national university according to U.S. News & World Report). You seem to think that Jerry Sandusky's actions have ruined the entire school for eternity. I can't agree with your opinion, so I'm not even going to ask you to try to convince me.

Anyway ... I hope that Steve comes back wearing whatever he wants. And I hope he's proud of the education he got at Penn State.

You are taking this way to far. It's a HAT! Just because he wears it doesn't mean he supports the actions of what happened.

I don't care a both the sanctions placed on the school or not it's done and over with there is nothing you can do about it whether you like it or not.

Steve likes his hat leave him alone to let him wear his hat. If it really bothers you that much don't watch the show.
