I get motion sickness on many rides at WDW. My triggers are "jerky," bumpy rides; side to side motion; going in circles (like the alien saucers or teacups); or flight simulator type rides.
I can't speak to intensity per se, but of the roller coasters at WDW, I get sickest on BTMRR, even though it's not the "scariest" one...something about the bumpy/jerky track sets me off, and I can't ride it anymore, even on Bonine/Dramamine.
For me, 7DMT gets me sicker than SDD, so I usually choose not to ride. SDD only gets me a little nauseous (as others have noted, it's a very smooth ride), so for me it's worth it to ride and then feel lousy for about 5-10 minutes after. When I ride 7DMT I get sicker and stay sicker longer...something about the rocking side to side motion does it, especially if I sit in a car with someone who weighs a lot less or more than I do (the car rocks more).
HTH!

I agree! Good comparison.
When we came off, DD15 said, "I'm SO GLAD we had FPs for that because I would never stand in a long line to ride that ride." We all agreed with that statement. We enjoyed it for what it was. The theming was cute. And we would ride it again...but only if we didn't have to use a FP for it and the line was no longer than 10mins...so that means we probably won't be on it again any time soon. To be fair, we consider 7DMT a kiddie coaster type ride as well, but like the theming better (cute mining scenes). And BOTH 7DMT and Slinky Dog need to be about twice as long.
