Is Sinbad still closed?

I just read somewhere that Sinbad may not open until summer of 2004. Does anyone know if this is true?. My son will die. It was closed for our October trip and he talks non stop about seeing it in April.

Had 2 shows on Sat. guide, 1 & 3:30 PM.
Saw Sinbad & Kabob walking around in front of Dragons one time, didn't go to the shows tho.
