Is search broken (or just wounded)?

It appears that, since the boards got a little zooey last week, the search feature is not finding older threads. When the database was reindexed (I assume that had to happen), were the older threads eliminated from the index?

I just did a search and came up with some posts from March.

If you search for "Indy Serena", the results do not find Dan Murphy's Indy DISmeet photo post even though both words appear in the text of the post. I used to get a lot more hits when doing searches and just thought that perhaps there might be something wrong.

(And I even have the darn thing bookmarked somewhere! LOL)

There is defenitely a problem with retrieving older posts, both through search and by category. Hopefully, this has been brought to the attention of the people who can fix it, and we can view older posts soon.

I just did a search on "Indy Serena" and came up with five threads.
