Is Scrooge McDuck anywhere?

Has anyone seen Scrooge McDuck anywhere at WDW lately? I remember a long time ago you could find him at Toon Town Fair. Also what about the Beagle Boys, have they ever been seen at WDW.

We met Scrooge McDuck right near the entrance to Cinderella's in the castle, on the Fantasyland side on Christmas morning.

He and his handler were making a big deal out of the picture we had for him to sign (I made one for every character they've ever had walking the parks) and his handler said he was only out that one day a year, but I didn't really believe her. Can anyone verify this? Is he really that impossible to find?

He's not out very much. Maybe a few days around Christmas at MK and last year he made appearences at MNSSHP. He's basically a seasonal character and not a very common one. The Beagle Boys don't make appearences and, to my knowledge, have never done greets at WDW. They were at Disneyland years ago, but I've never seen of heard about them appearing at WDW.

We saw Scrooge as we were leaving MVMVP last year! We got pictures but no autograph.

I have not seen scrooge except for around Christmas time, but I did see another one of his rare friends yesterday at the Animal Kingdom entrance, Launchpad McQuack, has anyone else every seen him around? This was the first time for me.

Launchpad's been in the parks for a while. I saw him last at the Castle Character Social after the Cinderella's Suprise Celebration show at MK. He isn't terribly common right now, but we might be seeing him more now since the busier Summer season is starting (they tend to put out more characters during the busier times of the year).
