Is Roger Rabbit ride open for TTMM?

Just curious if they open up the Roger Rabbit ride during Toontown Morning Madness? Do you have to watch the little show in front of City Hall that I've read about? I would rather look around while there is less crowds.

Oh yes, that one of the advantages of it because it gets fairly long lines the rest of the day. Of course Roger Rabbit has disconnected FP machines so you can grab a RR FP on your way out without it affecting what FP you have or want to get. Also Gadgets Go Coaster opens, which later on you have to wait about 1 minute per 2 seconds of the ride's time. But most people go for the opening show and character meets(which will have long lines later too).

I waited 45 minutes for Roger Rabbit when I went. While the queue is pretty neat, I still wouldn't suggest waiting that long for it.
