Is Phase I SSR sold out?

We are in the closing process for SSR June '04 use year. We bought the beginning of July. Is Phase I sold out now or are they offering both Phase I and Phase II?

Funny you should ask. I just called my DVC guide about a BWV add-on and on her voice mail message she did state that Phase I was completely sold out, with new incentives being offered for Phase II.

They've been posted several times.

Points for sale now are not usable until 2005. As an incentive, you can choose either $10 off per point OR DVC will give you Developer's Points to use on a trip between now and Fall of '05.

The Developer's Points received are equal to the number you purchase and are to be used at any resort EXCEPT SSR.

Developer's Points are points that DVC has legitimately acquired for its own use. This is no different than DVC renting out a room on a cash basis.
