Is Mission Space too intense for kids? Height requirement?

Does anyone know what the height requirement is for this ride? Also, for those who have ridden it, will it be too intense for a 6 year old (who loves Space Mtn and Dinosaur)?

I'm not sure of the height requirement (46 inches maybe?), but my son, who is 6 1/2 and about 47 inches tall, did Mission: Space when we there in June. He loves all coasters and just about any attraction. He liked Mission: Space, but only wanted to do it once -- he said his head felt "heavy" when he got off. He said he didn't feel sick and he was fine the rest of the day.

The height requirement as of July 5 was 44"--DS is 42 1/2" and too short.

can't comment on the height requirement as it wasn't an issue for us but i can tell you that my daughter that is 11 years old rode mission space with me twice during our trip in june...she liked it so much, we got off and tried to run back around the front to sneak another ride...if your child can take something like space mountain & dinosaur in stride then he should be ok on mission space...
let me just add here that it is an incredible ride and will be a must do each time we visit in the future....
