My kids are not soda drinkers but love their milk. Is milk part of this free refill thing?

Thanks

no it isnt. There are the regular sodas, and coffee tea and hot chocolate....but milk you can buy at the food court . does your resort have fridges in your room. You could buy it at the store and get a bigger jug not as expensive

I believe the soda machines also offer Lemonade, Hi-C and Powerade. At one time they used to offer Apple juice, but I do not believe that is an option any longer.

Sorry, no milk. Soft drinks, hot tea, iced tea and coffee are available for the refillable mugs. Milk is too costly to let people drink all they want. The other beverages only cost Disney pennies per refill.

1) Milk is not included.
2) It is too expensive to give away.
3) With the price of milk, you could pay for the mug in one afternoon.

NOTE: All soda, such as Coke, is given free to WDW, so refilling a mug is a win-win for Disney.

If your kids drink a lot of milk, it will cost you a small fortune. At the resorts you can usually buy a big carton of milk, which you can leave in your room if you have a fridge.

One thing we figured out was that it's often more cost-efficient to get your milk as part of a kids meal than by itself. For example, you can get 2 little mickey waffles, two pieces of meat, applesauce, and a milk for $4.39, whereas the milk alone is $1.50.

Milk in the half-pint sized cartons is about $1.40. Milk in pints is $2, BUT at Mara (the counter service in AKL) they only have the little cartons. In the gift shop they have the bigger containers. Still, at $2 a pint milk will cost you $16 a gallon. :scared1: Better to see about buying a bigger container and keeping it in your room if you have a fridge.

With the fees the grocery delivery places charge there is no point in JUST getting milk, but if you need more stuff you might consider placing an order. We will be at WDW for 2 weeks in June but we will probably just buy half gallons of milk in the gift shop and call it good.

I don't know if I would call that stuff Cream. I don't think it needs any refridgeration.

I would get milk for the children as part of their meals. If you are on the DDP and use a CS for breakfast you get two drinks. You can make both of them milk or one milk and the other juice.

I do miss the apple juice that was in the refill station. Don't care for the new iced teas-like the slushie machines better, even if they weren't working all the time.
