Is MDX down for all?

I've just tried logging in to MDX on both Chrome and Safari, with all three of the accounts my family has (my own, DBF's, and my mom's), and for all of them an error message pops up saying the accounts don't exist. Will try Firefox next, then the mobile app...just a tad nervous as our latest onsite res is on mom's MDX and all of the ADRs are on mine...I don't want these lost.

ETA: Firefox and mobile were a bust. Gonna have to call tech support in the AM...

Here's hoping, although usually scheduled site maintenance doesn't result in accounts officially 'not existing' anywhere...this may or may not be a major glitch with serious repercussions...

Yes, IT is saying that they are working on it and to try again in a few hours. Hoping for the best! others have reported being down, then coming up and everything is still there!

It would not even let me sign in so I called tec support. They said they are having problems with it and it should be running in 12 hours. 12 hours seems long so I am wondering if I heard him wrong but it is definitely down right now.

Down for me! Says I have no account associated with that email (when I tried to reset the password assuming I was hacked). Logged in to see if others were having the same issue and while a pain, I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one!

Another thread going on right below us saying that IT confirmed unannounced maintenance was going on and will be done by morning...keep fingers crossed, everyone.

Imagine the absolute HELL they'd go through if everyone's accounts were actually gone...

I sure hope they get it up and running before 6:00 am. That is my 180 day mark and I need to get those ressies in I work a night job and will have to stay up to make them. Was hoping to not have to wait for the phone which could make me have to stay up even later.

Edited to add : just tried again to log in at 2:23 and was taken straight to my plans. Whew!!!!!
