I haven't been able to get on through the site in days - I get an error message that the server is busy with maintenance. I don't really like using the app. I have no urgent need to be on, all FP are booked, but I was trying to keep an eye on our MB shipment.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I've been using both my account and my sisters as we have two separate reservations and its occurring with both.

Thanks! I was concerned it was just our accounts somehow - fingers crossed it comes back up soon!

Also - by your sticker countdown looks like we'll be there the same time, I go in 25 days. Hope we get good weather!
 
I just logged on to the website and checked all our plans without difficulty. Loading the app now - no problems.

Have an iPhone 5S for the app; using Chrome on our PC, if that makes a difference.

I hope so too! That advanced forecast has every day of my trip at a high of around 75 and a low of around 56 sunny all days. We'll see! It's is Florida, after all. Never know when there will be a pop up shower or storm. :cool1:

I'm on my mac and this is the message that I just got.

"Server Is Busy.. Sorry, but the server is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or scheduled downtime. Please try again later."

I was able to log in earlier once but then it wouldn't let me again. :confused3
 
I've been getting a blank page for a week, no error message just no response. The app works fine. It's driving me crazy!
 
getting that message for days too..........but if you go to the menu at the top right, everything opens
 
I was just on and was able to link hotel reservations and make an ADR. It was slow, but working.
 
I have a Samsung 4G and it's working fine. Seems a little slow at times but no trouble at the moment.
 
When you click on your welcome it goes to your own page but when you click on my disney experience link is where the problems begin. If you click under my Disney Experience (With Mouse Icon at the Top Right) it works.

Thank you! I was able to check things out by using the options instead of just going from the main page.
 
I called their IT department yesterday about this. He assured me they would have it working soon, but said in the meantime to use the "links". On my phone they are at the bottom of the page.
 
I was about to post about the same thing.

I was getting so scared because I've have spent a year planning, and the 60 day mark is mere days away!!!

The wierdest thing about it is that I've been checking random times, over multiple days!
(eg: 7 pm / midnight / 5 am / 3 pm / etc - Florida time)
Had tried from 3 different computers (2 at home, 1 at work) and multiple browsers (IE, Chrome, FireFox)

Thank you so much for letting us know the links under the "My Disney Experience" tab (menubar) will work!!! Saved me a lot of frustration :)
