Is Mall #1 of the Prime 1 Outlets still open, or has it been demolished like Mall #2?

Last December when my family and I were in WDW we went to the Prime 1 Outlet Mall on International Drive and saw that Mall #2 was closed and most of it was demolished. When we were at the Disney Character Premier Outlet store in Mall#1 the Cast Member working there said that Mall#1 was suppost to close in March of this year, so then the process could start of rebuilding the mall like the Premium Outlet Mall. So is the mall still open or has it been closed?

Just went to CHaracter Premier in May. They are building the new building right next door, but the old Bldg #1 was still there and open.

Got some good deals there too

Do you think that Mall #1 will still be open in August with the Character Premier store? If it is then we will go there but if it's not then we won't waste anytime driving all the way to that part of International Drive, because sometimes the traffic there can be horrible.
