Is Julia & Nicks Mom still DISigning?

Does anyone know if Julia & Nicks Mom is still DISigning? I tried to reach her with a design request through the e-mail address on her website, and I tried to PM her. No luck either way.

I have requested designs from Pat and Julia and Nicks Mom. With Pat MIA (hope she's o.k.) and Julia and Nicks mom not DISigning, is it o.k. to ask another DISigner to customize a few of theirs?

I personally don't see anything wrong w/it. I usually tell people that if they've tried several times & have waited a little bit then feel free to ask others.
