ressie for a studio at your home resort (BWV)using the 11 month window? I'm trying to plan for 2007. Thanks!!!!

I would think if you are trying to book any holiday, booking day by day and at the 11 mon. you would not hav a problem. :thumbsup2

Our home resort is BWV as well. For any busy time, Thanksgiving included, I would recommend booking at the 11 month window, preferably day-by-day to ensure that you get what you want. In our case, we love the Std view rooms, for the low points costs and great location (IllumiNations views), so 11 months day-by-day is really critical for the few Studios in that category. If you're looking for the Boardwalk view in a studio, we have found it a little easier, and much easier for the pool/ garden views. But if you want to be sure of it, definately 11 months, day-by-day and you should get what you want for next year.

We are heading down Saturday for the week for Thanksgiving in 1BRs (all reserved at the earliest possible date); we're all really looking forward to it!
:yay: :woohoo:

I reserved a one-bedroom standard view at BWV at the 7 month mark. Maybe I was lucky. Anyway, we leave in 5 days!!!

I called at the 11 month window exactly to reserve my Std view 1 bedroom at the BWV for Nov 15to 20. and I called day by day--- But I changed my dates and called at the 9-10 month window and got the two days before thanksgiving too.

Good luck--

there are not many standard views. there have been times when the standard views for Thanksgiving week are gone before 11:00am.

so definitely if you want a standard (I am assuming a BWV works the same way) view - call each day early as possible.

preferred views are not so much in demand - you can call for your entire stay - same as general, if you want a preferred view (this is not BW)

Unless you want a standard view room or a guaranteed Boardwalk view room, it will not be necessary to call day by day. You can get what you want with just one call.

That said, if you are at all worried about it, call for your first night and ask the CM for advice. They'll have a good idea if you can wait and just make one more call or if you should continue to call day by day.

Thanks for all of the great advice!!
