we were there in may and i think there was a show every hour or so for part of the day. (ex. 10:30, 11:30, etc until maybe 2 or 3:00?) it was about a 15 minute show with mickey & minnie and others. it was about dreams and had a pirate theme and a princess theme. my kids really enjoyed it and so did i. we stood pretty far back from the crowd and were able to see well.

There is a show in front of the castle several times per day called Dream Along with Mickey - it features lots of Disney characters including a few princesses. It shows seven or eight times per day.
