Lord willing and the creek don't rise we'll be at AKL Jambo House (DS thinks we are staying a CBR...LOL) from June 24, 2012-June 30,2012 :woohoo:

Hope you have an amazing wonderful time there.... make sure you stop by and try a Zebra Dome in the Mara.

Take pictures and share here on the thread!

I picked up some Zebra Domes this morning...I plan to have one after dinner, I will report back!

One other thing, not long after I posted, between 4 & 5 PM, right in front of our room became VERY active!!! I was so excited LOL. So I was wrong...

We had a GREAT view of several Giraffes, Zebras, Cattle & even this cute little Hog ...It was great!!! I spoke too soon, I guess....right now, as I type this, an Ostrich is sauntering by....I really love it here...I am honestly in awe of this resort!! SO MUCH TO DO! We have been spending very little time in the parks, as we don't want to leave here.

I will post pics soon :goodvibes

Bob's coumadin level has finally settled out to am acceptable number so we don't have to go back to the clinic for three weeks! If it stays there they will lengthen that to four and finally six. That will be nice for both of us.

My Christmas tree had a lovely little vine growing around it that they kindly removed when I bought it. Problem is, that vine was poison ivy and I now am sporting a lovely stripe of it in the smile line around the left side of my mouth. Sheesh... :sad2:

Oh goodness on the smile line. :confused3

Really great news about Bob...

Good Morning Everyone!

I still haven't put lights on the tree, was 'supposed' to start last night :sad2:

Here's a picture of the coffee pods

Thanks for posting. I wonder how many they give you if you are staying on DVC. I know with the other coffee maker they hardly gave us any but it wasn't a problem as we brought our own coffee.

Can you tell I really love my coffee as I am already obsessing about this and we are still 6 mths away.:rolleyes1

Great news about Bob but too funny about the poison ivy. I never heard of someone getting it from their Christmas tree.:lmao:

Glad you were able to see the animals. When we went last December and had the Savannah view for the first time we never saw any animals. Of course it could be the fact that is was 10° outside :cold:

Thanks for sharing. I was able to find that Starbucks has these for their coffee. I know a lot of people don't like Starbucks coffee, but I do. :snooty: I guess that will make things easier, I'll just have to check and see if they sell them in the stores or if I have to order an 18 pack online.

Good afternoon, Js & Ks! :sunny:

Nine recitals down (I wasn't in bed last night; I was cleaning up the studio!) and only nine more to go!! :yay:

You are a busy lady! Are these full recitals that your students are giving? I know I only did a Senior Recital and I prepared for almost a year for that!

That's great about the coumadin, I know how difficult it can be to get the level just right. Ouch on the poison Ivy, hope it improves soon!

My husband has been on coumadin for over 8 years now and they still check his blood every 4 weeks. Once it settled down in the beginning it has stayed in the correct range ever since without any problems. The only negative side effect that he seems to have is that for some reason the blood vessels in his eyes seem to burst. He has had it checked out many times and none of his doctors or the coumadin clinic are worried about it. Glad to hear that Bob is doing so well.

Very cool! We saw it a long long time ago when it first came out. You just reminded me to make sure that I know where to find our Wicked tickets, we're seeing that in a little over a month.

I had no idea that they did a one day!

It would be interesting.....

I have done 13 cruises so far and I leave for two weeks in the Caribbean in 52 days.... :dance3:

....my sister told me about it - she's been on about 8 or 9 [I think] cruises too....
