I don't think there is anything wrong with celebrating close to the actual day. Like a PP said having a party on a weekend for a birthday during the week etc. But I think it is sort of weird to celebrate birthdays that are way out like the OP plans to do. Might as well get a Christmas tree, easter basket, haloween costume and some fireworks and get all the celebration done at one time.
Ultimately it really doesn't matter, if you are comfortable with "Christmas in July" go for it. Same with the bdays.
