Is it still possible to get Oct '08 UY at AKV?

Anyone know if it's still possible to get Oct '08 UY at AKV? On a new purchase direct from Disney (not resale)? Would love to know, as this is the UY we are wanting and it may make or break our decision to purchase now.

We just bought recently and when we asked we were told December was the only available UY

I believe they sold out of Jambo which had the 08 use year contracts but you could inquire about waitlisitng for it. I have read a few threads where people waitlisted and then the points came through. It is worth a try

We bought into AKV in july and we got an October UY (2008). We usually go to DW in november so this was a good use year for us.

We bought about 3 weeks ago and I told my guide I wanted October UY. He said he'd have to check on it and that he'd have to call me back. He called about 15 minutes later and said okay for October. We're buying into Kidani Village.

We just bought in with an Oct 08 UY on Saturday. I would not wait long to purchase, though, if you need that UY. I had asked for Sept UY, but my guide was unable to sell those as it was too late.

I just bought on Sept 1 and was able to get an Oct 08 UY, but my guide was really trying to sell the Dec 08 UY.
