Is it possible to get a pin code and not get a postcard or email?

Well... the reason why I asked is when I booked POR for one night, I couldn't use YQC because it has to be at least 3 night stay. So she said well.. POR for $144 (Nov 21) with the pin code. I said, did you say pin code, she said yea, the code just popped on the screen. But I never recieved either a post card nor an email.

Same thing happened to us last spring. We booked Port Orleans Riverside for $79 a night for our last June stay. I've never received a postcard or e-mail!!

I've heard that sometimes e-mails are getting sent to a bulk trash if you don't have them (WDW) in your address book. I know I always ask them to check if any codes are with my name when I call to make reservations.

I ask everytime I call. This last time I got the surprise of an un-emailed code of $114 at POR for our trip in 10 days. Took it, although it's only $5 less than the code available to general public so it's not that big a deal. Still trying to decide if I should give it up to get the dining package or not??!!!
