Is it possible to get a condo on skyauction for Easter Week

I am checking out the site now. I have never been on it and I would love to see if it's possible to get something for the first week in April. Any advice?

not likely.

look in the extra vacation on RCI and there was only one resort even listed Celebration world resort 3/31 to 4/7.

which RCI will probably be able to rent long before they would put it on skyauction.

now that means you won't get lucky - people can make a last minute cancelations - since RCI already has their money - these generally go directly to skyauction.

but lots of folk can't travel at the last minute. live in Ala and can drive to Orlando in around 9 hours - so can do last minute trips.

We got a last minute trip last year for the first week of April, and I mean last minute won on Thurs and left on Friday. Although the week went Friday to Friday, since we are 17 hours away we didn't get there till Sat but I was ready and waiting for something to come up and we were there baby. So I say have everything ready to go and if you're able to jump in the car and drive, it can be done. This year I won a week at Vistana the first week of April back in July so we could be a little more relaxed about it, but that trip last year was super fun.

I would say yes it is possible but not till last minute (a week or 2 before). Probably like another poster said, auctions from cancellations. I won a skyauction week for the 4th of July week a few days before check in at Celebration World Resort in 2005. Last year I was searching for Spring Break but decided on a house instead. I kept checking skyauction and was able to find a week that would have sufficed me (was looking to see if I got a better deal with the house)
Just be prepared to keep an eye on the auction twards the end & keep bidding so you dont loose it.

I am waaaaay too much of a planner to try that. I would have something booked as a standby.

Ya well I'm a planner too and let me tell you I was up into the wee hours of the night on the disney site looking at all the park times and cross referencing it w/the Unofficial Guide sites crowd calendar, but you know what we had an awesome time! And it was either go then or not at all again till April '07. We had bought 10 day no expiry tickets earlier in the year so we were all set there, we stayed at Cypress Pointe and loved the resort. We did 2 park days, 1 water park day and hung out 2 days at the resort, it was awesome and all for only $263, you can't beat that
