Is it possible to change a 10 day ticket to an AP?

This past June DD got a 10 day park hopper no expiration, since we did not think she would be going with us until next June so AP was not a good idea for her. Well, she may be going with us in November and I was wondering is it possible to change it to an AP. She has used four days out of ten. Is is worth it, or just stick with the one she has. Any help would be appreciated since I just usually buy an AP, but of course I picked the wrong one this time.

All tickets, even those with the no expiration option, must be upgraded within 14 days of first use so unfortunately, its too late.
