That's the truth. His anniversary is the following week, so hey, I say go, enjoy on your anniversary week. You can even start on the 6th. I will come home on the 5th. day after mine. Hubby told me that he will now "NEVER" get our week off. So no 25th., no 30th. I seriously told him to look for another job. I know, bad economy, no jobs, but he needs to LOOK!! I am serious. No anniversary weeks at Disney ever. Sorry but his boss is being selfish. Especially since his is the following week.

I even planned and had to cancel.... I was soo excited. That's why we went in February.

Okay, how many times have I told this story, be honest. My memory sucks!!

Seems like a bunch of Jambo peeps will be there the first week of Oct. I was suppsoed to be at the Poly 10/1-10/8 with my BFF and her family. DH is not going on this trip. Even with my 40% off code it's still a bunch of $$$ so I'm thinking I might just stay with my points at AKV. ( I did try BLT, but they have no studios available.)

I was worried about being solo and not having fun at the Lodge, but with so many people there that week, I'm thinking it may not be a bad idea.

Anyone have any idea how much a cab is between AKL and the Poly?

4 hours and the mini meet changes locations, Kimmar thinks I am an old fogie plus she has the blues (okay easter egg color blues) and I got to sit at the drs. and DS got tested for Mono and some WBC's and RBC's, and well a full viles of blood. It never gets easier does it??

Victoria Falls is a great place for a meet, no matter where anyone's staying!! Those of you at the Lodge could also head over to the Epcot resorts for another meet! (lots of great spots there!)

sorry- clarification: by "there" I meant "at WDW." I haven't booked anywhere yet. I have two vacations to go through in the next 3 months... If I book a third at this point in time, my DH will come unglued.

Plus I don't think I'd enjoy hobbling around WDW with one arm and one leg
