Just because I am handicapped - this does not give me first access to the handicapped stall!
In case you haven't noticed - the handicapped stall is the only stall where a Mom can take her stroller (& other children) to use the bathroom. Should she park the stroller outside a small stall while she uses the bathroom? No way!
The baby changing stations are quite often put into the handicapped stalls. There is no room for them elsewhere.
The handicapped stalls do not have the initials of only the handicapped people on them. Others need that stall also. That handicapped sign on the stall simply tells me which stall I should wait for. I am not given "first in line" privileges!
