I'm sure there are some people who might have a problem with you hugging the trees. Especially if you hug too tightly, you could damage the bark.

Bark makes an excellent topping for cupcakes. You top it with dirt, and then some nice pine bark mulch.

After all, they seem pretty intent on cutting down as many trees as they can themselves.

I cut down the tree that you see in the background of this photo on my October visit, so I would have room to tie my hammock up to two other trees:

You can cut whatever trees or bushes you want but you must pile them in 4 foot bundles for easy pick up but TOUCHING is not allowed and is highly discouraged. I think you can understand why.

You can pick the limes off the lime trees in the 1600 loop. I did.

That's okay also as long as you do NOT sell them by way of a road side stand. You could get caught without the proper "permit" and with stolen property.
