Do they mind if you cut branches or anything?

If you don't touch the trees how do you put up the necessary clothes lines? :confused3

I've hugged a few trees in my life. Sometimes it's the only way I can keep from falling over.

exactly,,
isn't that where the phrase "tree hugger" comes from,:confused3

I'm sure there are some people who might have a problem with you hugging the trees. Especially if you hug too tightly, you could damage the bark. :rolleyes1

Bark makes an excellent topping for cupcakes. You top it with dirt, and then some nice pine bark mulch.

No, they don't seem to mind.

After all, they seem pretty intent on cutting down as many trees as they can themselves.

I cut down the tree that you see in the background of this photo on my October visit, so I would have room to tie my hammock up to two other trees:

No one said a thing.

TCD, I zoomed out on your photo and I think you went a little too far this time. I guess the crack Fort security CMs must have bought the line that you were towing your GC.

You can cut whatever trees or bushes you want but you must pile them in 4 foot bundles for easy pick up but TOUCHING is not allowed and is highly discouraged. I think you can understand why.:thumbsup2

I'm just wonderin that's all. Like what if you were to steal oranges off one of the trees, would that be as bad as hanging a hammock on the tree?

That's okay also as long as you do NOT sell them by way of a road side stand. You could get caught without the proper "permit" and with stolen property.

Touching the trees is OK, but you should refrain from touching someone else's bush.
