is anybody else being put on hold for extremely long times to make PS ressies. I was just on hold for 15 minutes!!! The other day it was 20 minutes and before that about 20 minutes. This is getting very frustrating. Especially since it is on my dime. Just wondering if anybody else was experiancing this...and it really does not matter if it is morning, noon or night......

What time have you tried calling? I have not had to wait that long (5 minutes max) but I have not been calling at "peak times".

My 90 day window just opened up yesterday, and I had to hang up both mornings after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes because I had to leave for work. I thought it was just the "Cinderella crowd" calling for the breakfast, but when I tried again later in the afternoon from work, I had to wait over 15 minutes both days too.

I knew the crowds would be bad for the first half of our trip (12/26-1/11), but this has gotten me even more nervous! On a brighter note, I did get the PS's I wanted for 'Ohana and San Angel Inn, and at the exact times that I wanted. We'll see what tomorrow brings when I try again for NYE!

For anyone who bought their park hoppers at the Disney Store, they should have gotten a 1-800 number to call for PS. That's what I've been using. They do ask you to verify the numbers on your ticket before you can proceed. But at least Disney is paying for the call and not me!

LOL, I am on hold with them RIGHT NOW. It has been about 10 minutes, on my dime too!

I called at 11 am on Sunday, Sept 21 to make my rezzies for the whole week (forgot to call early am), waited maybe two minutes, and was able to make all my PS's for the week (eight of them). Got everything I wanted and the times I wanted.

I called last Saturday night at about 6:30 to cancel a PS and got right through.

I made my Dolphin reservations thru Dreams Unlimited Travel from right here on the DIS. They offer to make all your PS for free. Thanks for the heads up, cuz I'll be sure to take them up on this offer when I get to the 90 day mark.

I've had the same problem two days in a row this week, and wound up having to hang up before making my PS because I had to get back to work. I thought maybe I was just calling at bad times. Guess not.

Not a long wait, but I spoke to an extremely rude invidual who gave me incorrect information and mumbled when she spoke. I hung up on her and called back and got someone else who told me the exact opposites of what the first girl told me.

The first girl, through her mumbling, told me that I needed to prepay for all of my PS & that they were not cancelable. Ever.
