Is it just me, or do some of the pictures that get post on DIS drive you nutz?

???? I see nothing wrong with the picture I am not sure of the context in which it was posted, but there is nothing wrong with the photo whatso ever, it is a vacation snap shot. And something that Brack and his lovely wife can look back on and remember something about their trip.

This was a picture taken of the DCL Magic's Dumbotron showing the DIS groups mascot. It was taken from the Cruise site's POTD thread. This is a capture a moment photo, not a artistic photo.

For those that have been around longer than me, isn't what Quatro is asking about just about the same thing that Kelly Granell got banned from the site for doing?

Quattro's first post was a question - a cruel question - but a question. The question has been asked and answered, over and over. I think the majority opinion here should rule. This is a fun board where we share, learn, laugh and enjoy each others experience.

Quattro is like the bully on the playground - - he won't go away. Maybe this board should be shut down - or he should be banned - or better yet - why don't we all ignore him! He needs an anger management class and this is the wrong board for that.

Think I will go out and take a few photos - probably bad ones - I'm just learning and thank to all of you - i'm learning a lot!!

I sure would not want to be a part of your family..

when you show me your world class portfolio I'll consider listening to what you have to say until then, I see you as nothing more than someone trying to ruin a great thing for others,

maybe you should look deep inside and figure out what makes you be mean to others..

I am wondering if the OP's problem is just plain old jealousy Maybe he doesn't like others having their photos commented on and praised when he feels his are superior.

And as for posting the picture you had a problem with well that was very rude I would think you were a troll if you hadn't been a member here so long. The person whose picture you had a problem with takes beautiful photos . I think someone around here needs to get over themselves, want to take a guess who

Who's the admin for this forum? Why doesn't he/she just shut this thread down. No one is gaining anything by looking at or replying to it. While the Op may be a long time DISer, he/she might also be a long time troll who likes to stir things up.

While I appreciate everyone having a difference of opinion, I think this thread has run its course and is therefore closed. The important thing for everyone to remember is that there are varying levels of skill in the photography community and even more so here as this board caters to the Disney fan who happens to dabble in photography. As such I think it would be impossible to expect to see perfection being posted. Secondly, I learned long, long ago that beauty and art is strictly in the eye of the beholder. What you may think of as blurry or incorrectly composed may be the photographers intended interpretation of the scene and therefore exactly created. I don't know any of us who would qualify as the defacto expert in what makes a good photo. I suggest looking at each photo and attempt to appreciate what the photographer was trying to express.
