I'm plannning my disneymoon for January, and I'm thinking about choosing the days to coincide with the EMH hours for each park. My question is, Is it hard to get the passes, and how do you get them.....do they only have a set amount??.if it is no big deal, then I think this will give me and my fiance more time to enjoy the rides....just wondering???

If you are staying at a Disney owned hotel then you don't need a pass - for the early morning hours we have always just entered the gate - your room key has your tickets on it so they will be able to tell that you are staying at a Disney property - for the evening hours they hand out bracelets an hour or so before hand - any cast member can tell you the different locations in the park where you can get them. Have fun!

There are no special passes needed for EMH, as all guests staying on-site at a Disney resort are able to take advantage of EMH. It's one of the perks of staying on-site. You'll just need to show your room key, and you'll get a wristband to wear during the EMH hours. You'll show your wrist band to the attendant at each ride.

Have fun!!

As you've already read, for the morning EMH your "pass" is your resort ID -- if you didn't have a WDW resort ID, you wouldn't have been permitted into the park. Nothing more is required, just go on and enjoy.

On EMH evenings, bracelets will be available starting 2 hours prior to the public closing time. Groups of several CMs will be positioned at various spots throughout the park, you just have to find them (they're not always in the same places each time). Each person in your party will have to present his or her own resort ID -- unlike FastPasses, you can't have one person grab everyone's card and grab bracelets for everyone. Each person who presents their ID to the CM will have the bracelet placed on their wrist by the CM.

You don't HAVE TO get a bracelet as soon as they're available. Like I said, they become available 2 hours prior to the public closing time, but you can never be too late to get one. In fact, you can even ENTER the park after the public closing time and stuill get an EMH bracelet. It's very rare that you'll have to show any CMs your EMH bracelet -- it might not look like it, but they'll be watching very carefully for them!

People without EMH bracelets are not asked to leave the park, but they will not be permitted on any rides/attractions and won't be able to make purchases at most stores. They don't make people leave, they just bore them to the point that they realize it's pointless to stay in the park if there's nothing to do!

And by the way, there is no limit to the bracelets. They can't be "sold out."
